Landor is looking for a Client Manager to join our London studio. We are Landor, world-leading brand specialists, connecting business strategy to brand and creating brand-led experiences for talent and customers. Proudly part of WPP, we build brands designed to transform.

What you’ll do:

  • Orchestrate projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered flawlessly – on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations.
  • Be the communication hub, keeping everyone informed and aligned with clear updates and proactive problem-solving.
  • Become a client expert, understanding their business inside and out, and sharing valuable insights with the team.
  • Uphold brand excellence by ensuring all client-facing materials are polished, professional, and perfectly on-brand.
  • Collaborate with resource management to secure the right talent and budget for each project, maximising efficiency.
  • Spot opportunities to grow client relationships by identifying how Landor's capabilities can solve their biggest challenges.
  • Maintain a well-organised library of client deliverables, ensuring easy access to key information.
  • Develop your proposal writing skills, crafting compelling scopes of work that win new business.
  • Champion great creative, providing constructive feedback and advocating for the best possible solutions.
