What you’ll do

The Client Coordinator provides a variety of professional support services to Client Service teams in the areas of project management, client liaison, internal team coordination and documentation.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Works with Client Services colleagues for everyday project management of client work
  • Controls basic project requirements, assists in managing timelines and resources accordingly, writing timely meetingminutes, ensuring that the project team know the project status and have everything they need
  • Helps ensure all correspondence, materials, presentations, proposals seen by clients are error-free, and reflective ofthe Landor brand
  • Contributing to the preparation of cost estimates that define the scope of work, preparing timelines, alongsidescrutinizing budgets.
  • Learning how to budget, forecast, invoice, resource and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets
  • Assisting the Landor team with diary management, room bookings, meeting logistics and travel itineraries or travelarrangements and bookings
  • Helps to update regular client status reports, resourcing requests and invoicing
  • Building a good understanding of the client and their business
  • Demonstrates the ability to accurately interpret client briefs, thinking both strategically and creatively
  • Building sound judgment of creative or strategic work, identifying where work is considered off brief
  • Supports the creative and production process, including briefing, amends and delivery
  • What you’ll need
  • Project management skills – working to deadlines, working flexibly and within a budget
  • Interested in understanding branding, Landor, new information and new ideas
  • Comfortable managing internal stakeholders
  • Good organization and time keeping skills
