What you’ll do
We are seeking a highly talented and visionary Design Director to lead and inspire our creative team. This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional creative skills and a proven ability to develop and execute impactful brand experiences across various touch-points. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand strategy, a passion for pushing creative boundaries, and a collaborative approach to leadership.
- Creative Leadership: Provide overall creative direction and leadership to the design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate with strategists and account managers to develop and execute brand strategies that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Concept Development: Lead the development of innovative and compelling creative concepts for branding, packaging, brand activations, and integrated campaigns.
- Design Execution: Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution across all touch-points.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of designers, providing feedback, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively presenting creative concepts and managing client expectations.
