  • What you’ll do
  • Build trusted, long-term partnerships with client teams and senior marketing and communications leaders, ensuring Landor’s value is clearly understood and recognised.
  • Develop an expert understanding of clients’ businesses, organisations, cultures, financial processes, competitors, challenges, opportunities and industry trends.
  • Lead client relationships with a focus on organic revenue growth, new business development and identifying opportunities to expand Landor’s impact, including through the wider WPP network.
  • Champion Landor’s full range of capabilities and identify ways to grow existing accounts and support new business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling project proposals, scopes of work and resourcing plans.
  • Lead work sessions to identify opportunities, assess strategic and creative work, and evaluate deliverables against the client brief.
  • Facilitate diverse internal and client stakeholder groups, adapting between collaborative, consensus-building and decision-making approaches.
  • Drive regional and global collaboration across multifunctional teams, encouraging innovation and new ways of working.
  • Support and coach team members, helping them deliver against agreed objectives, revenue targets and growth plans.
  • Ensure all client-facing correspondence, presentations, proposals and materials are accurate, high quality, relevant and reflective of Landor’s Brand Transformation approach.
  • Partner with Finance to oversee client contracts, fee and timing negotiations, pricing, payment and scope management.
  • Manage financial processes including reporting, invoicing, debt collection, timesheets, budgets, forecasts, revenue and monthly targets.
  • Lead project-assigned teams, clarifying responsibilities, supporting effective collaboration and enabling team members to succeed.
  • Share best practices, knowledge and resources with colleagues across the region and the wider Landor network.
  • What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within a brand or business consultancy with client leadership experience
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders at varying levels up to Marcomms Leadership, with a polished business acumen.
  • Senior collaboration and partnership – Able to identify client-effective, valuable solutions with and across all of Landor’scapabilities.
  • Ability and appetite to manage and develop junior and mid-level Client Services colleagues
  • Excellent project management and relationship building skills, across a portfolio of clients, with the ability to manage andfeel comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities
  • Strategic with intellectual agility – can connect the dots, has a POV and can lead the conversation to drive the strategic andcreative work, ensuring the client’s brief is successfully answered and confidently recommending clear next steps andactions
  • Growth orientated with strong experience on building long term relationships and growing business
  • Voracious hunger – for being an expert on the Landor offer, new information, for new business, for new ideas
  • Financially savvy – able to establish financial goals for the business and team members
  • Capable of leading and motivating project teams
  • Experienced in delivering and supporting pitches and new business activity
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
