You will manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity, guiding files from instruction to completion.
You will draft and review contracts, perform title checks and searches, and coordinate with estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors while maintaining accurate records
