Are you a passionate and skilled SEN teacher ready to shape something extraordinary? This is your chance to join Landon School Harmondsworth (LSH) at the very beginning of an exciting journey. We are a brand-new, independent specialist school for children aged 5-11 with Autism, and we are growing fast — with a vision to become a multi-site school serving 200 pupils. We were also rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted at our first ever inspection in July 2025.

Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a committed and creative teacher with a strong foundation in SEN to be part of our founding team. You’ll be joining us at a pivotal stage, helping to shape the culture, curriculum, and learning environment of a school that puts pupils first. This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond classroom teaching — to influence how things are done, work in a close-knit team, and grow professionally as we expand.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable
- Experience teaching children with Autism, ideally in a specialist setting
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum is highly desirable
- Experience with non-linear assessment frameworks (e.g. SCERTS, Routes for Learning) would be a strong advantage
- Above all, a deep passion for supporting neurodivergent learners and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred education
