Are you an organised, curious and digitally confident individual with an interest in the arts, business development and the way organisations work? Landmark Theatres is seeking a Content & Business Development Officer to provide direct support to the Head of Content & Business Development across a varied and fast-moving portfolio.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support, helping to coordinate meetings, manage information, process invoices and expenses, track actions and deadlines, and support the preparation of reports and briefings. You will also work with sales, income and business development data, helping to maintain accurate information and turn data into clear and engaging reports, presentations and visual materials.
This is an excellent development opportunity for someone who wants to gain an insight into senior leadership and the commercial and strategic running of a cultural organisation. You will have exposure to areas including business development, income generation, fundraising, audience development, partnerships, reporting and organisational strategy, while developing your own skills in administration, data, design and project coordination.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and willing to bring their own ideas. You will be encouraged to identify practical ways to improve how information is managed, how reports are presented and how day-to-day processes can work more effectively. Confidence with digital tools, an eye for good design and an interest in data visualisation would be particularly welcome.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of agreed tasks, particularly when the Head of Content & Business Development is working away from the organisation. Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys making things happen, keeping people organised and ensuring that important details and actions don't get lost.
You will help to coordinate meetings and briefings, manage information, process invoices and expenses, track actions and deadlines, and support the preparation of reports and presentations. You will also assist with sales, income and business development data, maintaining accurate information and helping to turn it into clear and engaging reports and visual materials.

This funding is a great vote of confidence in our potential to deliver to areas previously underinvested in culturally. We are now building a new producing theatre organisation outside London – for the first time in a generation.
The company has strong foundations in generating income as commercially driven businesses, driving trade and strong attendance. But newly found relationships with key stakeholders such ACE have broadened the companies’ ambitions against their Let’s Create Strategy.
