About the Role
Are you an experienced accounting or bookkeeping professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working with software? Join Landmark Systems Ltd as a Professional Services Consultant, where you’ll deliver expert training and support to agricultural and estate clients, helping them make the most of our market-leading software. You will be part of a collaborative team, working remotely and on-site, helping clients from initial setup through to full software adoption. We’re looking for confident communicators with great problem-solving skills who can adapt quickly and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Deliver 1:1 or small group training (on-site and remotely) to new and existing clients on our KEYPrime software solutions.
- Client Implementation: Guide new clients through the full delivery lifecycle, from configuration to go-live, using our structured implementation methodology.
- Year-End Support: Assist clients with data preparation for accountants at Year End, both remotely and in person.
- Customer Consultancy: Provide tailored advice, identify client needs, and help embed our software into their business processes.
- Post-Training Support: Work with our Support team to resolve customer issues using remote access tools.
- Webinars & Group Courses: Deliver or assist with webinars and larger-scale training events.
- Feedback Integration: Share customer insights with internal teams to improve our software and services.
- Team Collaboration: Be a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of the Professional Services team.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Accounting/Bookkeeping Knowledge: AAT Level 3 or equivalent (minimum); strong knowledge of accounts to Trial Balance.
- Tech Confidence: Proficient with Excel; general IT literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communication with clients across all levels.
- Self-Management: Capable of working from home, managing your own diary, and prioritising effectively.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel (mileage reimbursed).
- Customer Focus: A cheerful, proactive attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality support.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of the agricultural or estate business sectors.
- Experience with KEYPrime Accounts/Property or similar software.
- Background in software implementation or similar consulting roles.
