We are currently looking for a passionate Spa Attendant, to join our Spa on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

- As a Spa Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa treatment rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces.
- Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other spa supplies.
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment.
- Assist therapists with room setup and operational support.
- Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Keep equipment and facilities clean, organised, and in good working order.
- Support the reception team with basic administrative tasks when required.
You will be required to work 32 hours per week, on a shift rota.
