- We are currently looking for a passionate
- Head Chef , to join our
Kitchen on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. Proven track record of success within
2 AA Rosette and 3 AA Rosette restaurants , with experience in a five-star luxury hotel environment highly desirable.

- As a
- Head Chef , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Leading all kitchen operations and maintaining 2 AA Rosette standards with a view to strive towards 3 AA Rosettes
- Developing innovative, seasonal menus and signature dishes.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing kitchen team.
- Driving quality, consistency, and excellence across all service periods.
- Managing daily food and labour costs and operational performance.
- Working closely with senior hotel leadership to enhance the restaurant's reputation.
- You will be required to work
40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
