We are currently looking for apassionateFrontOffice Supervisor, to join our FrontOffice on a permanent basis , with an immediate startto consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guestsand each other. As a Front Office Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for therole will include:
- To exerciseempowerment in handling guest complaints, and taking corrective action, such asallowing certain charges off the guest's account. Recording this action in theguest's history and reporting it to Front Office Management when needed.
- To make roomassignments for incoming guests using advance reservations requests andpersonal empowerment as a basis for selection.
- To increase thehotel’s revenue by up-selling room categories, in accordance with set targetsand daily availability.
- To supervise the FrontOffice Clerks in their work, ensuring maximum performance, good time keepingand ensuring they are displaying company behaviours at all times.
- To be responsible forcash floats, reporting shortages/overages to the Front Office Manager,Assistant Director of Rooms/Director of Rooms.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
