- We are currently looking for a passionate
- Bar Supervisor , to join our
Banqueting and Operations Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other.

- As a Bar Supervisor, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
- Working with Event managers, you will be responsible for the set-up, service and execution of the beverage side of events.
- Training and developing team members; including cash management SOPs / training of the bars, order of service and related SOPs.
- To have a good understanding of bar procedures and licensing laws.
- To attend the weekly BEO meeting, in order to prepare staffing projections / bar and glassware MEP / as well as beverage orders for the upcoming events.
- To be present for the monthly stock take and to assist the external auditor with the counting of all beverage stock.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
