As a Senior UX Designer, you will take full ownership of complex problem spaces, driving the process from discovery through to delivery and ensuring every outcome delivers measurable value for both users and the business. You will lead the creation of user‑centred, scalable digital experiences by uncovering deep user insights and transforming them into intuitive, elegant solutions. You will shape product direction by embedding UX thinking into decision‑making, championing evidence‑based design, and promoting modern, efficient ways of working. This includes advancing our use of AI‑enhanced design and research practices to accelerate insight, quality, and innovation across teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Define and evolve UX research practices and methodologies alongside the Head of UX
- Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and validate problems
- Own problem spaces from discovery through to delivery
- Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions across complex workflows
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape product direction
- Influence decisions through insight, design expertise, and clear communication
- Contribute to design culture and UX maturity across the organisation
- Mentor and support other designers through feedback and guidance
