Working closely with colleagues across sales, customer success, consulting and marketing, you will manage a diverse pipeline, shape go-to-market plans and help deliver outstanding client experiences. You will also contribute to team development by sharing best practice and mentoring junior colleagues.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain account and territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis
- Build plans for high priority opportunities including strategic motivators, key stakeholders, buying process and forecasted sales
- Partner with technical staff, trainers, customer success and product specialists to address customer requirements and key business challenges
- Collaborate with the marketing and campaigns teams to execute lead generation campaigns
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending Landmark Geo offerings
- Represent Landmark Geo and conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity
- Provide monthly and quarterly forecasts of expected new business accounts
- Maintain clean Salesforce pipelines with accurate, up-to-date opportunities
About You:
You will bring extensive experience in customer-facing roles and a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. You are a confident, adaptable communicator, comfortable engaging stakeholders from director level through to technical and operational teams and you excel at building rapport, networking and delivering persuasive presentations. Highly organised and self-motivated, you are comfortable working independently from home, the office or while travelling. You will have strong written, verbal and numerical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to analyse and present data clearly. Experience in the geospatial, land, property or utilities sectors is highly desirable. You thrive in collaborative environments and bring a positive, solutions-focused mindset.
