As the Pre‑Sales Technical Consultant (LVS), you will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and supporting innovative, end‑to‑end solutions that drive customer success and business growth across Landmark Valuation Services. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining technical expertise, consultative insight, and industry knowledge to shape solutions that meet customer needs and align with LVS’s strategic goals.
The role will involve:
- Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business models, strategic goals, and operational challenges.
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting customer requirements and presenting tailored technical solutions.
- Collaborating with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to propose and deliver bespoke solutions.
- Supporting delivery activities including onboarding, documentation, training, and post‑implementation support.
- Maintaining expert knowledge of the mortgage valuation, property, and surveying sectors, monitoring relevant market and regulatory trends.
- Providing internal enablement, escalating support for complex queries, and driving continuous improvement across processes and service delivery.
