Overview

In this role, you will lead Landmark’s Environmental Consulting team to deliver high-quality, impactful projects and drive growth.

You’ll partner with the Head of Professional Services to shape strategy, strengthen client relations, and pursue new market opportunities.

You will mentor a senior team, ensure delivery excellence, and foster operational improvement.

This is an opportunity to influence environmental consultancy services while leveraging Landmark’s innovative, collaborative culture and cloud-enabled platforms.

  • Oversee on-time, high-quality project delivery with rigorous technical accuracy and reporting
  • Drive team performance through goal setting, coaching, and professional development
  • Support business development by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
  • Collaborate across the business to align delivery with strategic objectives
  • Manage resourcing, workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity for sustainable growth
