Overview
In this role, you will lead Landmark’s Environmental Consulting team to deliver high-quality, impactful projects and drive growth.
You’ll partner with the Head of Professional Services to shape strategy, strengthen client relations, and pursue new market opportunities.
You will mentor a senior team, ensure delivery excellence, and foster operational improvement.

- Lead and develop a team of senior environmental consultants, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
- Oversee on-time, high-quality project delivery with rigorous technical accuracy and reporting
- Drive team performance through goal setting, coaching, and professional development
- Support business development by identifying and pursuing new market opportunities
- Collaborate across the business to align delivery with strategic objectives
- Manage resourcing, workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity for sustainable growth
- Promote innovation and best practices across consultancy services
