The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy execution and deliver sustainable customer and commercial value. You’ll turn market insight, customer needs and commercial priorities into compelling propositions, clear product requirements and prioritised roadmaps, guiding products across the full lifecycle from discovery and delivery through to launch and in-life optimisation.

The role will involve:

  • Owning and maintaining a prioritised product roadmap aligned with business strategy, customer needs and market opportunity.
  • Translating customer, market and commercial insight into clear product propositions, requirements and deliverable plans.
  • Leading product prioritisation and trade-off decisions within agreed governance frameworks.
  • Partnering with Architecture, Engineering and delivery teams to support discovery, planning, refinement, execution and value realisation.
  • Monitoring post-launch performance, including adoption, usage, customer outcomes and contribution to commercial objectives.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing and other stakeholders on go-to-market activity, pricing, licensing and strategic customer opportunities.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with strong delivery discipline and commercial awareness. You’ll be comfortable making evidence-based decisions, influencing without direct authority and communicating a clear product direction to technical, commercial and customer audiences.

  • Significant product management experience across the full software product development lifecycle, including discovery, launch and in-life optimisation.
  • Demonstrable experience owning product roadmaps, prioritisation and trade-off decisions in a technology, data-led or digital environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use customer insight, market intelligence and performance data to shape product decisions.
  • Experience working closely with engineering, architecture or other technical teams to create feasible, scalable product solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, including the ability to align teams without direct authority.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support go-to-market activity, customer conversations and complex sales or pre-sales opportunities.

The Interview Process

  • Screening video call via Microsoft Teams with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
  • First-stage video interview via Microsoft Teams with the Line Manager/Hiring Manager. This will include competency-based questions.
  • Second-stage interview (in person) at one of our offices with the Line Manager and a member of the People team. This stage includes a presentation.
