The Role

• Assist the Network team with administrative tasks.

• Manage storage of all carrier contracts and service agreements; ensuring they are current, signed, and compliant with Bpost requirements.

• Manage storage of all carrier rates, ensuring latest rates are updated in Mercury and changes communicated to Pricing and RAPP teams.

• Record carrier Fuel Surcharges; providing updates to Pricing and RAPP teams.

• Prepare carrier spend updates for inclusion in UK & ROE board presentations.

• Be point of contact for relevant parties for requests of Dangerous Goods movements.

• Check invoices of all carriers, ensuring accuracy of charges and resolving issues – working in alignment with Network and Pricing

• Set up framework to achieve more automation of invoice processing.

• Record and follow up all open issues and link with e-billing project.

• Assist Network team with e-billing setup for carriers.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience working experience working in pricing/revenue reconciliation/finance and/or accounting teams.

• Analytical profile – very good in excel, enjoys working with numbers.

• Dedicated on isolated matters and willing to find leakages/inconsistencies.

• Structured/organized (project management experience).

• Ideally knowing ecommerce/cross-border business and/or logistics but not a must.
