An outstanding opportunity exists in this role for an expanding Charity based in London for a Charity Programme Manager with particular expertise / interest in monitoring, evaluation and impact to head up their team in delivering Digital Inclusion and Digital Skills to their beneficiaries.
In this role you will provide programme leadership and delivery, leading the design and strategic direction of their Digital Skills programme and ensuring the service provided is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with the Charity's 5 years strategy.
You will oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of beneficiaries looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plans and journeys through Digital Champions, trialling innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.
You will design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement, monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is effective, producing clear, data-centred programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners.
Additionally, you will drive the recruitment, training and support of Digital Champions and volunteers, line-manage staff as the team scales in a kind and considerate way.
You will also support the charity's Outreach team in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our corporate, charity and government partners, represent the organisation externally with professionalism and credibility, and assist in the collection of, and provide programme data and case studies for fundraising bids.
You will have significant budgetary responsibility and hold accountability for the programme budget, reporting relevant updates to the CEO, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, GDPR, safeguarding and H&S policies.
You will be able to demonstrate significant expertise / interest in charity programme management (there is a strong preference for experience in the digital inclusion, adult education or refugee support sector, ideally working directly with refugees/asylum seekers OR deep expertise in digital inclusion and commitment to learning from refugee experience).
You have strong monitoring, evaluation and reporting skills and experience, financial management experience (budgets, reporting) and ideally some experience supporting fundraising through impact reporting and case studies.
You have excellent relationship-building skills, experience managing, training and motivating staff and volunteers. You are a strategic thinker with strong organisational and collaborative skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
