Wonderful opportunity exists at this London based International Development NGO / Health charity for an experienced Senior Fundraiser and team manager to join their team to drive income streams for the organisation as it’s work and reach grows globally. Reporting in to the Fundraising Director you will lead and mentor a relatively inexperienced team of 3 to further develop and enhance their capabilities. You will develop and deliver the fundraising strategy, maximising existing revenue and leading the growth and diversification of income streams, with a particular emphasis on corporate and institutional streams (5+ figure asks) and supporting the international development of the organisation. You will take the lead in achieving income targets across all streams Trust and Foundation fundraising, Grant giving, Major donor fundraising, Individual and regular giving, Legacy income and Church and Community giving. In addition you will explore diversification of income generation through forward-thinking strategic development of the department, including but not limited to developing further proposals for generating corporate giving income stream, working with the COO and international development team to support plans for partner and supporter growth internationally, looking at Digital and online giving such as utilising micro and crowd funding platforms as well as developing hosted, facilitated and/or championed fundraising events and challenges. And there’s more, much more! You can demonstrate a successful track record in Professional Fundraising and managing a Fundraising team at a senior level. Experience of fundraising databases / CRM e.g. Raisers Edge, etc helpful as would experience of working with statutory funders – DiFD, EU Grants, FCO, etc. In addition you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a Christian Faith as it is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) under the Equality Act 2010 that the post holder will be a practising Christian (non-denominational).
