Wonderful opportunity exists at this Thames Valley based charity for a Trusts & Foundations Fundraiser to join their Major Gifts / Philanthropy team and will have a key role to play within their wider Fundraising and Development team. This is a hybrid role working from home / remotely with 3 days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Drive the stewardship and cultivation of both current and new donors capable of supporting with gifts typically up to £10k, with exposure to managing larger gifts under the direction of the Major Gifts Manager.
- Deliver deeper and greater relationships and funding growth with the charity's existing supporters.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering Trust & Foundation / Major Gifts fundraising, securing gifts up to £10k or greater, and be confident in warm and cold approaches to potential donors; writing proposals, making visits, engagement opportunities and events, etc.
