A fantastic opportunity exists for a marketing professional to join the team at this global Christian Charity as their Senior Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage their team of Campaign Marketing Managers (integrated with online/digital), Marketing Project Managers and Marketing Coordinator, overseeing the pipeline of campaigns and marketing projects to deliver the marketing and fundraising strategy.
You will ensure all campaigns and projects follow a project plan and are managed successfully from start to end, ensuring scoping of the plan, clear briefs, objectives, and timings, and ensure that the project stays within budget. This role will also provide senior marketing leadership in the Marketing team, working closely with the Head of Marketing. You will lead in the planning and delivery of marketing across bought, owned, and earned channels to build awareness, change minds, prompt action, and develop deep connections with supporters.
You can demonstrate in your career to date similar experience in leading, managing and developing an integrated Digital and traditional marketing team. The role is a hybrid remote working/office-based with the ability to visit their offices for a minimum of 2 days a week in south east England and offers a salary up to just over £38,000 + a great benefits package.
The charity is a Christian organisation, based upon those principles and there is a GOR under the Equality Act 2010 for post holders to have an active and practising Christian Faith and to support those values, mission and principles of the charity.
