Over the past 2 years they have created a proprietary AI agentic platform to deliver significant cost savings and benefits to their ever‑expanding global client base. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and hard‑working technologist to join them at an exciting time in their offices in the Chilterns corridor. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Business Analysis – Working with clients on video calls and messaging platforms to understand business needs and challenges. Gathering, documenting, and analysing requirements. Mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Understanding and documenting client data requirements and validation rules. Supporting the design of solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- AI & Prompt Development – Designing, testing, and refining prompts for AI tools. Analysing and testing AI‑generated outputs for accuracy and usefulness. Developing repeatable workflows using AI tools. Supporting the roll‑out of AI into client businesses.
- Data & Insight – Collecting and analysing data to support decision‑making. Producing reports, summaries, and insights. Assisting in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation & Communication – Creating clear documentation (requirements, process flows, data models, workflows, reports). Presenting findings and recommendations to internal teams. Maintaining records of processes and solutions.

We have an annual salary of between c£30k to £40k (dependent upon experience) and a 40‑hour week, 100% in the office in the Chilterns / Home Counties.
