What Youâll Be Doing
- Leading and supervising facilities team members to deliver an efficient, highâquality service across the camp
- Motivating, mentoring and coaching staff to achieve and exceed performance standards
- Creating a positive, collaborative working environment through clear communication and visible leadership
- Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and timely completion
- Managing accommodation and camp allocations using the Bookings Management System
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are upheld across all camp facilities
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective use and control of equipment and resources

- Proven experience in a supervisory or teamâleading role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy, operational environment

- Excellent attention to detail with accurate recordâkeeping skills
- Ability to plan workloads effectively and manage multiple priorities
- Good standard of English and Maths
- Full UK Driving License (essential due to the remote camp location and travel requirements)
Desirable Experience
- Experience using a Bookings Management System or similar software
- Experience using CAFM systems
- Experience in work order management, including allocations
- Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely
