We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management professional to lead the development, assurance, and transformation of Soft FM services across the UK Training Estate, supporting over 9,000 assets across 200,000 hectares. This senior role will drive service excellence, compliance, supplier performance, and continuous improvement across a diverse portfolio of services including cleaning, catering assurance, waste management, fuel accounting, retail, and leisure.
