We’re looking for a Call Agent to support our National Service Centre, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth contract delivery.

As a Call Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our end users, providing essential support across a broad range of services. From coordinating bookings and handling calls to managing administration and liaising with stakeholders, no two days will be the same. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support via call handling and service coordination
  • Raise and manage job requests and reports
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences, and vehicle bookings
  • Maintain accurate records, audits, and filing systems
  • Provide reception cover and diary management when required
  • Use a variety of systems and tools, including bespoke software and Microsoft Office
