  • Location: Forthview House, Rosyth, Fife, Scotland, KY11 2BL
  • Contract: Permanent / Full-time / Office-based
  • Hours: Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1600hrs, Friday 0800 - 1530hrs

  • What You’ll Do
  • Fleet vehicle management / end of month fuel / auditing records / vehicle driving to garages and valets / light cleaning duties
  • Minute taking / scanning / uploading of documentation
  • Coordinating of meetings and reports
  • Mail services
  • Housekeeping
  • Using office equipment
  • Diary management
  • Stationary management
  • Purchase orders
  • Petty cash
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Travel bookings & event coordinating
  • Working on other sites with travel where required.
  • What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Ability to operate office equipment effectively
  • Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word to a high standard
  • Experience of communicating with stakeholders
  • Office and administration skills
  • Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
  • Ability to follow processes within time constraints
  • Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
  • A good level of numeracy and literacy gained through a Level 2 qualification such as a G. C. S. E. grade A-C or equivalent and proven experience
  • Full driving licence valid in the United Kingdom
