As Programme Manager, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio of billable works and services across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Your work ensures the Defence Training Estate remains safe, compliant and fit for purpose, supporting essential military training. This is a high‐impact role where your leadership will shape estate development, operational excellence and long‐term value.

The Essentials

  • Salary: Up to £68,250 (DOE) + £7,200 Car Allowance p/a
  • Location: Rosyth, Fife, Scotland
  • Contract: Permanent, Office Based, Mon–Fri
  • Travel: Travel will be required in the Scotland region with quarterly travel to Northern Ireland (travel costs covered)

Landmarc supports the UK Armed Forces by keeping the Defence Training Estate running safely and effectively. We manage training areas and ranges, maintain essential infrastructure and deliver major improvement projects that enhance military training across the UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage performance, welfare, attendance, capability, and health & safety across your team
  • Oversee all billable works, allocate resources effectively, and ensure full CDM compliance
  • Work closely with regional teams, contractors, statutory bodies, and clients to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain programme risk registers, remove barriers to progress, and capture through‐life costs
  • Act as deputy to the Regional Operations Manager and support investigations, audits, and reporting
  • Ensure accurate and compliant record‐keeping across digital and paper‐based systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential
  • Strong H&S knowledge, ideally NEBOSH Construction
  • NVQ/HNC, APMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent, with proven delivery experience
  • Knowledge of building services, statutory regulations, CDM, and workload scheduling
  • Skilled in managing budgets, contractors, and full project life cycles
  • Able to motivate teams and build strong working relationships
  • Confident using IT systems including MS Project
  • Full UK driving licence
