Role Details

  • Salary: £35,000
  • Location: Wathgill Camp, Wathgill, North Yorkshire, DL11 6AH
  • Contract: Permanent / Full‑time / On‑site
  • Hours: 08:00–16:30, Monday to Friday
  • Travel: Valid UK Driving Licence required; travel to regional sites as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate project records, including financial data
  • Prepare and analyse reports for stakeholders and customers
  • Assist in resource management and tender preparation
  • Ensure project documentation is audit‑ready and compliant
  • Support Project Managers with regional coordination and contractor briefings
  • Provide administrative support at meetings and coordinate tender processes
  • Prepare purchase orders and manage invoicing

What We’re Looking For

  • Essential administrative or project support experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal ability
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload
  • High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
