Landmarc Support Services are recruiting a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate day‐to‐day maintenance activities at Brunswick Training Camp. This is a hands‐on coordination role where you will support the Maintenance Manager, manage work orders through our digital systems, and ensure all planned and reactive tasks are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards.
You will be the central point for scheduling, prioritising, and monitoring maintenance activity, working closely with contractors, internal teams, and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). Strong IT skills and confidence using maintenance management systems are essential.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in hard FM or maintenance coordination, or someone looking to progress their career within a structured and supportive FM environment.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and prioritise planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance tasks
- Manage work orders and reporting through internal maintenance systems (advanced Excel required)
- Support the Maintenance Manager with daily operational planning
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and the DIO to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain accurate Health & Safety and compliance documentation
- Monitor progress of maintenance activities and update schedules accordingly
- Act as the site lead for maintenance systems, processes, and safe working practices
- Participate in the on‐call rota
- Experienced in hard FM, maintenance coordination, or workload scheduling
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Confident communicator able to work with multiple stakeholders
- Advanced user of Microsoft applications
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to manage competing priorities
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience with CAFM systems and SFG20 standards (desirable)
