Landmarc Support Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive Team Supervisor to join our facilities management team.
Working closely with the Team Manager, this role supports the motivation, engagement and performance of a multi‑disciplinary team to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Weekend Allowance: £1,127.50 pro rata
- Location: Lydd Camp, Lydd, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9JR
- Contract: Maternity Cover, Fixed term until July 2027, On site, 37 hrs p/w
- Shifts run between: 07:30–23:30, Monday to Sunday

- What You’ll Do
- Assist the Team Manager with team performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping
- Supervise daily workloads and ensure timely completion of work orders and range management processes
- Support individual and team performance, motivation and target setting
- Oversee allocation and use of resources and equipment
- Assist in producing risk assessments and method statements
- Ensure Training Areas are fit for purpose and compliant with contractual standards
- Manage training area usage and conduct routine inspections
- Complete documentation using IT and paper‑based systems
- What you know
- Proven experience in people management and leadership techniques
- Strong understanding of KPIs and contractual compliance
- Excellent communication skills with experience liaising with customers
- Knowledge of health & safety (COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Skilled in workload scheduling in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other workplace systems (Maximo Asset Management Software experience desired)
- UK Driving Licence is essential to carry out the duties of this role
