Main Responsibilities:
- Tracking project progress, performance, and financial data
- Preparing, analysing, and presenting reports for key stakeholders
- Supporting resource management and assisting with tender preparation
- Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, compliant, and audit‐ready
- Conducting supplier compliance checks and maintaining approved supplier lists
- Coordinating security checks, contractor access
- Organising meetings across the South East Region and supporting with producing accurate minutes
- Preparing Purchase Orders and managing invoicing processes
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in administrative or project support roles
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with the ability to adapt to new software systems; experience with ASite or MS Project is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
- Detail‐oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and produce clear, accurate minutes
- Knowledge of CDM and experience in a project management environment is advantageous
- Proactive and organised, with effective use of calendars and spreadsheets to manage workload
- Valid UK Driving Licence with a willingness to travel to support with meetings in the Surrey area weekly and to Kent 2/3 times per month, with occasional overnight stays (business expenses covered by the company)

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
