Landmarcsolutions seeks a Training Area Manager based at Hythe Ranges in Hythe, Kent, to ensure the site and training areas meet our customer’s needs. You will lead a team of Operatives including the Training Area Supervisor, Team Leader and Training Area Operatives, coordinating maintenance and safety compliance.
You will manage ranges, carry out risk assessments, liaise with stakeholders, and deliver tasks to tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards on the site.
