Landmarc are seeking a dedicated Team Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary workforce in the delivery of safe, compliant, and fully operational Ranges and Training Areas across the defence estate. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will play a key part in ensuring that critical facilities remain fit for purpose and ready to support training requirements at all times.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver high-quality, contract-compliant services
  • Ensure ranges and training areas are safe, functional, and available for daily use
  • Oversee operational delivery, resource allocation, and performance management
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, environmental, and statutory obligations
  • Manage inspections, work orders, risk assessments, and associated documentation
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure facilities meet training and operational needs

The Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrable experience in people management with strong leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, CoSHH, risk assessments, and environmental compliance
  • Background in facilities management or training area operations advantageous
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with strong planning, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office packages
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role
