Landmarc Support Services have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Compliance Manager to help lead compliance and technical excellence across a complex built estate. This isn’t an operational role; it’s about setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and collaborative delivery. You’ll bring expertise in areas like asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, and gas, supporting regional teams and ensuring standards are met across the board. We’re especially keen to hear from those with strong Legionella and/or Asbestos experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead regional management of Legionella and Asbestos compliance
  • Oversee AP coverage and management across all disciplines
  • Maintain FGAS register and ensure accuracy
  • Provide technical guidance on statutory regulations and standards
  • Support the project delivery team with technical specifications and SME advice
  • Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure qualified and competent personnel are in place and plans are delivered effectively

The Ideal Candidate

  • Technical qualifications or time-served experience across key disciplines: asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, gas (some but not all necessary)
  • Strong knowledge of building services and statutory regulations (SFG20, CDM, Fire, Gas, etc.)
  • Health & Safety expertise (IOSH Managing Safely level)
  • Confident IT and CAFM asset management system skills (ideally Maximo)
  • Quality assurance experience
  • Solid planning and analysis capabilities

Desirable Qualifications

  • RP Legionella / Role of the Responsible Person
  • RP Asbestos / P405 qualification

As a member of the Regional Leadership Team, the Regional Technical Manager plays a key role in setting the tone for safety, professionalism, and collaborative working across their remit. The role is not about managing operations, but about leading by example, bringing technical expertise to the table while actively supporting regional delivery. The successful candidate will take shared responsibility for outcomes across the Region, helping to drive high standards to ensure that built estate subjects such as asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, gas are managed proactively and effectively in line with our contracted requirements and company policies & procedures. Some knowledge is essential in all built estate subjects, but you are not expected to be the SME in everything. We are ideally looking for someone with strong Legionella and/or Asbestos experience. This is a high-impact role for someone who leads with expertise, drives standards, and supports delivery across a diverse estate.
