Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Site Operative who takes pride in creating safe, clean and well‑maintained environments. This is your chance to play a vital part in supporting the UK’s Armed Forces while they train. You’ll be part of a friendly, dedicated team responsible for keeping our Training Estate facilities running smoothly, from cleaning accommodation blocks to maintaining grounds and buildings. Shifts: 08:00 – 12:00, Monday to Friday
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain site cleanliness to ensure all areas are safe and fit for purpose
- Clean offices, communal areas, accommodation blocks, ablutions and shower facilities
- Carry out general cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Assist with basic grounds maintenance
- Manage stock levels and supplies
- Complete documentation using both IT and paper‑based systems
- Support additional tasks as required

- General housekeeping and caretaking knowledge
- Understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to complete documentation accurately
- Basic IT skills, including using a tablet
- A valid UK driving licence (essential due to rural location)
