What You'll Do Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections on engines, gearboxes, brakes, suspension systems, and other equipment. Carry out diagnostic work and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues efficiently Use and maintain tools, machinery, and company equipment safely and effectively Conduct preventative maintenance and remedial repairs, including working at height or in confined spaces when required. Complete all documentation accurately using both IT and paper-based systems. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and asset users to ensure smooth site operations. Provide mentorship and support to apprentices or trainees Undertake driving tasks, including operating specialist plant machinery if required.
