Are you a confident leader with experience in both property maintenance and rural estate management? Landmarc Support Services is looking for a Maintenance Manager to take ownership of maintenance delivery across a unique and varied estate, from buildings and training facilities to wider land infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and inspiring both built estate, target maintenance and rural teams
  • Managing reactive and planned maintenance across buildings and rural assets
  • Overseeing Hard FM services and ensuring high standards of delivery
  • Coordinating rural estate works including grounds, timber harvesting and environmental compliance
  • Managing contractors and ensuring safe, timely, high-quality work
  • Ensuring compliance with CDM, Building Regulations, and Health & Safety legislation
  • Maintaining asset records and using CAFM systems effectively
  • Monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement
  • Supporting procurement, benchmarking quotes, and managing budgets

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of building maintenance and rural estate operations
  • Proven leadership experience with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent Health & Safety knowledge (COSHH, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely)
  • Confident with scheduling, work order processes, and CAFM systems
  • Skilled in reporting and data management (Excel)
  • Familiarity with SFG20 or similar mandatory & statutory regimes and budget management
  • Comfortable working across dispersed rural sites
  • Full Valid UK driving licence is essential

About the Company

Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE). This includes maintaining and delivering safe and sustainable infrastructure, managing and operating training areas and ranges and delivering multi-million pound projects to improve vital training assets.
