As a Facilities Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of facilities, accommodation and maintenance support services across the estate. Your work will ensure customers receive a safe, compliant and high-quality service while supporting the operational effectiveness of the Defence Training Estate. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team, build strong stakeholder relationships and make a visible impact in a unique and varied environment.

Contract: Permanent / Full-time / On-site

Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday-Friday

Travel: Occasional travel may be required to support operational requirements

About the Organisation: Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support a team to deliver safe, effective and customer-focused facilities services.
  • Manage team performance, workloads and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate accommodation and camp allocations through the Bookings and Accommodation Management System (BAMS).
  • Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high standards across facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH requirements and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and oversee the management of resources, equipment and facilities assets.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, contractors and key stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement of services and operational processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong people management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and COSHH requirements.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and workload management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good standard of English and Maths.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience within Facilities Management, Maintenance or Accommodation Services.
  • Experience using a Bookings and Accommodation Management System (BAMS) or similar software.
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a military, defence or operational environment.
