Are you a dynamic and motivated Project Manager looking for a unique opportunity? Landmarc is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. We specialise in delivering a diverse portfolio of construction projects across the Defence Training Estate, playing a vital role in boosting military training capability through infrastructure delivery.

Salary: Up to £51,530 + £500 Monthly Car Allowance

Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS

Closing Date: 22nd June 2025

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and steer a portfolio of up to 30 projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations across all projects.
  • Oversee project design, planning, and execution.
  • Liaise with statutory bodies for necessary approvals and permits.
  • Manage supply chain contracts and ensure contractual compliance.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds an HNC or equivalent in construction, project management, or a related field.
  • Has proven background working in managing construction or hard FM projects.
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is proficient in IT tools, including MS Project.
  • Holds valid UK driving licence (Travel Required).

Although this is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, there is potential for the role to evolve into a longer-term opportunity.
