We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail and will enjoy working in a small, dedicated team to support our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional service to Landmarc and our customers. Main Responsibilities:
- First point of contact on Pembrey Sands
- Issuing car passes and keys to customers
- Maintaining document recording for technical services
- Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo
- Data capture and input
- Work order processing
- Auditing records
- Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
- Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent Office and Administration skills
- Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software (desirable)
- Ability to use bespoke and off-the-shelf software packages
- Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience of communicating with stakeholders
- Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
- Ability to follow processes within time constraints
- Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence as travel will be required
