An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-time Team Administrator to join the Landmarc Team.

Shifts run between: 08:00 – 16:00 on Monday and Tuesday.
Hours of work: 14 hours per week
Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months
Location: Hythe Ranges, Reachfields, Hythe, Kent CT21 6QD. Please note: Occasional travel will be required to support offices at Lydd Camp, Lydd, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 9JR.
Interviews will be held between: Tuesday 15th – Thursday 17th July.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining document records
- Processing Purchase Orders and Work Orders
- Data entry and management
- Uploading documents
- Note-taking during meetings
- Answering incoming calls
- Providing cover for Reception duties as needed
- Supporting other administrative tasks
- Vehicle & Plant Maintenance bookings
- Traveling to Lydd to support during staff leave
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Office and Administration skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with bespoke and off-the-shelf software
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in note/minute taking
