Role Details

Salary:Β£26,518.59 + excellent benefits

Location:Castlemartin Training Camp, Merrion, Pembroke, SA71 5EB

Contract: Permanent / Full-time / Office-based

Hours:Monday - Friday, Core Hours

About the Organisation

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join the Landmarc Team at Castlemartin Training Camp. We are seeking a professional administrator who has a keen eye for detail who will enjoy working in a small, but dedicated team, to support our thriving facilities management business by providing an exceptional service to Landmarc and our customer.

What You'll Do

  • First point of contact at Landmarc HQ building for signing into visitors' book
  • Maintaining document recording for technical services
  • Co-ordinate and upload reports to AMS / Maximo
  • Data capture and input
  • Work order processing
  • Purchase order processing
  • Auditing records
  • Note-taking during meetings and production of minutes as required
  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
  • Provide support for other Administrative roles as required to support the Regional Management team

What We're Looking For

  • EssentialExcellent Office and Administration skills
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of using Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM)software (desirable)
  • Ability to use bespoke and off the shelf software packages
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience of communicating with stakeholders
  • Demonstrate proven track record of achieving objectives to set standards
  • Ability to follow processes within time constraints
  • Applicants must hold a valid UK Driving Licence as travel will be required
