Job Introduction

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Team Administrator to join our Landmarc team. In this role, you’ll support logistics, vehicle management, post services and customer enquiries, becoming a key part of our day-to-day operations.

  • Salary: £27,579.33
  • Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS
  • Contract: Permanent, Office-based, Fulltime
  • Hours of work: 37 p/w. 08:00 - 16:30 Mon - Fri. Early finish on Fridays

Landmarc provides the essential support services that enable Armed Forces to train for frontline operations across the UK Defence Training Estate. We maintain safe, sustainable infrastructure, operate training areas and ranges, and deliver major projects that enhance vital military training assets. Main Responsibilities

  • General administration such as data capture, records, email and mail handling, diary management and call handling
  • Vehicle admin duties which include booking MOT's, Services and reporting faults
  • Maintaining document recording for technical services
  • Capturing and inputting data into internal systems (AMS/Maximo)
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation
  • Taking clear and concise notes during meetings
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective contract delivery
  • Provide support for other Administrative roles as required
  • Working on other Regional sites to assist with meetings to include; Knook camp and Rollestone camp with occasional travel to other sites / locations where required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent office and Administration skills
  • Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software tools
  • Ability to use bespoke and off-the-shelf systems (AMS/Maximo desirable)
  • Flexible approach with strong timekeeping and the ability to follow processes effectively
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Experience in note-taking or minute-taking
  • Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence (essential for travel requirements)
