Job Introduction
Landmarc are hiring an experienced governance and assurance professional to lead the governance framework, performance reporting and quality assurance across our Information & Technology department.
Reporting to the Head of I&T, you’ll provide independent assurance that our services, programmes and operations align with strategy, organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Contract: Permanent, Mon – Fri, 37 hrs, Hybrid (2 days in office)

- What You’ll Do
- Lead and evolve the I&T Governance Framework
- Oversee governance documentation, policies and standards
- Produce executive dashboards, KPIs and performance reports
- Manage departmental risk, financial governance and benefits tracking
- Lead operational, supplier and quality assurance reviews
- Drive capability maturity, lessons learned and continual improvement
- Manage the Test Team Leader, Test Analysts and IT Coordinator
- Coordinate governance meetings, audits and senior level reporting
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in IT Governance, PMO, Assurance or Operational Management
- Proven ability to develop governance frameworks and performance reporting
- Experience managing organisational risk and producing executive‑level reports
- Solid understanding of IT service management principles
- Confident stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills
- UK driving licence (for travel between Landmarc locations)

- ITIL v4
- COBIT
- MSP, PRINCE2 or PMP
