Landmarc are looking for a talented and experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our close-knit, high-performing team. Salary: £37,115.94 - £41,569.85 (DOE)

On Call: 1 in 5 weeks (Overtime/Toil applicable)

Location: Westdown Camp, Tilshead, Salisbury, Wiltshire, SP3 4RS

Main Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in line with IET Wiring Regulations.
  • Managing both minor and complex maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with Health & Safety standards and safe systems of work.
  • Completing detailed documentation using both IT systems and manual records.
  • Working closely with team members and site contacts to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Carry out Reactive, statutory and mandatory tasks.

  • Strong background in electrical maintenance within a commercial setting.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and mobile devices for documentation and reporting.
  • Clear communicator who can work well both personally and in a team.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g. NVQ/SVQ Level 3).
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
  • BS2391 or equivalent in inspection and testing.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Willing to participate in on-call rota.
