Salary & Contract

  • £37,115.94 – £41,569.85 (DOE)
  • Permanent, 37 hours per week
  • 08:00‑16:30, Mon‑Fri
  • On call 1 in 5 weeks (overtime/TOIL available)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out electrical maintenance, repairs and installations in line with IET Wiring Regulations
  • Managing a mix of planned, reactive, statutory and mandatory tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and safe systems of work
  • Using IT systems and manual records to complete accurate documentation
  • Working closely with colleagues and site contacts to deliver a seamless service

This is a hands‑on role where no two days look the same, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and problem‑solving.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive, solutions‑focused engineer
  • Strong experience in commercial electrical maintenance
  • Confident using IT systems and mobile devices
  • A clear communicator who works well independently and as part of a team

Essential

  • Recognised electrical apprenticeship (e.g. NVQ/SVQ Level 3)
  • BS7671 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • BS2391 or equivalent (Inspection & Testing)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
