We are looking for a proactive Compliance Manager to support Hard FM compliance across our regional sites. You will help ensure our operations meet all regulatory, contractual, and safety requirements, working closely with delivery teams, the CSO, and our customer.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the regional point of contact for compliance, providing data, reports, and updates to the customer.
- Support audit and assurance programmes, including investigations into compliance issues.
- Monitor asset compliance (fire, fuel, gas, electrical, asbestos, legionella).
- Review completed works to ensure accuracy, completion, and correct documentation.
- Identify missed or overdue maintenance tasks and produce action plans.
- Support management of compliance documentation and improvement plans.
- Provide technical support to regional teams to resolve non-compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, and controls.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Hard FM, assurance, or compliance roles.
- Understanding of multi-service FM contracts (MoD experience desirable).
- Working towards or qualified in M&E HNC/HND/Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
Security Requirements
Ability to meet BPSS and achieve Security Check (SC) clearance (5 years UK residency required).
