Join Our Team as a National Service Centre Call Agent. Are you a highly organised, customer‑focused professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? We’re looking for a Call Agent to support our National Service Centre, playing a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth contract delivery.
As a Call Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our end users, providing essential support across a broad range of services. From coordinating bookings and handling calls to managing administration and liaising with stakeholders, no two days will be the same. You’ll be part of a collaborative team working at the heart of operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high‑quality customer support via call handling and service coordination
- Raise and manage job requests and reports
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, conferences, and vehicle bookings
- Maintain accurate records, audits, and filing systems
- Provide reception cover and diary management when required
- Use a variety of systems and tools, including bespoke software and Microsoft Office
- Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and the public to ensure seamless service delivery

What You’ll Bring:- Experience working in a call centre or fast‑paced customer service environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office

- Full UK driving licence
- Eligibility to complete Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks (including Basic DBS)
