Landmarc is hiring a part-time Booking Administrator to manage the Bidding and Allocation Management System (BAMS), a vital tool used across the Defence Training Estate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both military and civilian personnel, guiding them through the Ministry of Defence's training bid process. Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the BAMS system for training facility bids
- Handle enquiries and guide users through the MOD bidding process
- Extract and compile data to support training logistics (e.g., sanitation services)
- Upload and coordinate reports via the Booking Management System
- Deliver a full range of admin services: typing, photocopying, stationery control
- Maintain effective filing and data retrieval systems
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract delivery
Essential Skills & Abilities
